Collaboration with other suppliers and especially with wedding & event planners is something that we value a lot at Borderland®, so we want to communicate directly and transparently from the first opportunity, thus honoring the relationship between both parties because together we can offer our customers better and more complete experiences.

With this in mind, we have created this page in response to several questions that may arise in order to facilitate communication.

  • The reservation process takes place with the signing of a contract and payment of 50% of the value of the service.

    The contract can either be drawn up on behalf of the end customer or on behalf of the company that is contracting and this is at the discretion of each WP since it depends on what was agreed between you and the end customer.

  • Borderland® is open to pay a fixed commission of 10% to selected partners.

    For this, please consider:

    • Reach out so we can make this partnership official;

    • This commission is fixed (10%);

    • This commission will only be paid starting at the second event together. This happens because Borderland® had already invested in the first event with a partner (google ads, social media marketing, wedding fairs, etc) so that the partner got to it in the first place. Therefore, the commission will only be paid from our second event together onwards, as by then it will be, indeed, an organic partnership.

  • Any invoice issued by Borderland® will be for the amount you will receive.

    This means that if you wish to add a commission to our value when you present the proposal to the end customer, this value will be excluded from the invoice issued by Borderland® as it will not be income from it.

  • Borderland® is 100% open to partnership proposals about exclusivity from venues who would like to make our services exclusive to it!
